Boatner & Associates has an in-house research staff capable of searching ownership, occupancy, availability of space for lease and for sale.  Our research tools include MCAD and HCAD Property databases, LoopNet Premium, HAR, GAR and SABOR access and others.  In addition, the firm has various in-house developed financial spread sheets to run financial models.  All of these services are available to clients at no extra charge.
