has managed multi-million dollar projects throughout all

planning, obtaining funding, construction and property
management. David is a self-storage owner,
operator and developer with extensive experience in the
self-storage industry. As part of David’s investment and
development company, he was responsible for the single
largest land sale of 1,049 acres on Galveston Island.
David was the top commercial broker in 2007 for Coldwell
Banker Commercial Real Estate prior to forming Connect
Commercial which Boatner & Associates is a member of.
Prior to his involvement in real estate development, David
has held several executive positions in
telecommunication industry. including the President of
McLeodUSA and the EVP at Splitrock Inc.

Randy Almaguer
 Randy
Almaguer is a licensed Real Estate Agent and partner in
Boatner & Associates and is responsible for marketing
activity, public relations, business development plans
and client database management. Randy has over twenty
years of sales, sales management and marketing
experience. Randy and his wife own Almaguer
Properties. He has worked with Mr. Boatner previously
and participated in multiple merger and acquisition
transactions at an executive level at McLeodUSA.

Keith Marshall is a licensed Real Estate Agent and the
successful owner and operator of several self-storage
facilities. For nearly 10 years, Keith has
successfully managed all aspects of self-storage
operations and development. Keith is currently
providing consulting services which include development,
marketing and operational management to the self-storage
industry. Keith is known in the self-storage
industry for his innovative thinking. His creative
ideas and suggestions have provided self-storage owners
with additional ancillary income, accelerated unit
occupancy and reductions in expenses. He has
provided consulting services to some of the largest
self-storage companies in Texas.
